At least that’s the specific plan for Filifera, an open-sky newcomer to the Hollywood circuit, with plans to launch tomorrow night.

The expansive new scene hits at the 23rd floor of the Hollywood Proper Residences on El Centro Avenue, and comes complete with a pool, lounge chairs, and loads of greenery. Much like The Roof on Wilshire, The Standard in Downtown, or the Ace Hotel, the plan is to have this multifunctional rooftop act as a chill-out spot for residents and guests, as well as a hang for folks in the ‘hood who want a drink and a small bite.
